  • A diagnostic model for sorting out dysfunctions
  • A set of steps to guide you and help keep your sanity
  • A glimpse at the vast amount of tools available

Mark Vilbert’s work history includes the position of program coordinator for the high performance work organization. He is the current board president of the St. Louis Organization Development Network. Key Areas of Expertise: Designing and implementing team and other large group interventions. He utilizes a theoretical practice of aligning strategy, structure, and culture for implementing work design to promote performance through powerful workplace relationships in both union and non-union settings.
