  • Head toward the I-70W entry ramp and go onto I-70E - go 0.7 mi
  • Take exit 238B to merge onto I-170 S toward Clayton - go 3.6 mi
  • Take exit 4 for Pabe Ave/MO-D - go 0.2 mi
  • Turn left at Dorsett Rd go - 0.1 mi
  • Turn Left to Arrive at 8800 Page Ave, St. Louis, MO 63114

Parking
Please park in the garage across from the main entrance and enter through the main entrance. Alberici will have someone at the door to direct people to the conference room for the presentation.

Thomas Taylor

Thomas Taylor is the General Manager of Vertegy, an Alberici Enterprise. Thomas is a fourth generation construction professional turned sustainability consultant. He has served Alberici Corporation for over 20 years. Thomas represented both owner and construction manager on Alberici’s dual-certified Four Green Globes and LEED® Platinum Certified Headquarters. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Southern Illinois University with a minor in Construction Management.


Alberici

Alberici began in 1918 as a construction company. Today they are comprised of many different construction-related companies around the world. In 2002, Alberici decided to take a “green” approach to constructing their new corporate headquarters in Overland, MO. Their headquarters was designed and constructed to satisfy the LEED® Platinum criteria. The six categories which define LEED® include sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, material and resource, indoor air quality and innovation.

Membership meetings, unless otherwise noted, are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month; September through May. Plant Tours are sometimes substituted for a regular meeting.

The price for Members and Guests to attend meetings is $25, and for Members between jobs and Students $15, unless otherwise noted.
