The "People Puzzle"

"Presenting with Style"

Presented by Craig Venard

The presenter will take each of the personality styles and show how each one adapts his/her style to each of the other styles.

All of this is provided in short bullets that the attendees would fill in the pre-printed blanks of the materials we hand out.

Workshop Objective & Overview

  • Enhancement of each participant’s ability to communicate by understanding the point of view of others
  • To understand team dynamics and effective ways to enhance interaction, performance and communication while reducing stress and tension

About the Presenter

Craig Venard was born in Kansas City, Kansas. He received his B.S. from Iowa State University in Psychology, Economics, and Business.

After graduation, Mr. Venard began a career with Maritz Travel Company as a Travel Director. After 3 years of extensive travel visiting 23 countries and over 100 cities, he moved inside the company to do plan design and costing.

In 1984, Mr. Venard left the travel industry and developed a practice in Financial Planning and Employee Benefits.

In 2002, Mr. Venard became certified as a Human Behavior Consultant for Personality Insights. His company, INSIGHTS TO YOU, works with corporations, associations, schools districts, and churches. Craig provides training in various formats on leadership, communication, workplace relationships, sales training and team-building through the portal of human behavior. Craig has spoken at many locations including Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling, Monsanto, Pfizer, Ralston-Purina, and the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Membership meetings, unless otherwise noted, are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month; September through May. Plant Tours are sometimes substituted for a regular meeting.

The price for Members and Guests to attend meetings is $25, and for Members between jobs and Students $15, unless otherwise noted.
