Quality Assurance Engineering Specialist -DRS Technologies, Inc.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility for this position will be to provide quality assurance support to business and manufacturing operations for active and potentially awarded contracts. Must be able to write and execute program quality plans, work with both engineering, supply chain and operations to deliver a quality product to customer.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma concepts
• 5S
• Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and support role of quality assurance
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and/or specifications
• Create documents to define processes and procedures
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• BS Engineering or technical related discipline
