Business Process Coach - Memorial Health Systems
The Position
The Business Process Coach (BPC) is an internal consultant position within Memorial Health System (MHS). The BPC's role is to facilitate lean thinking, lean process, and lean culture within the healthcare system. Identifying waste, eliminating waste and improving process flow within the health system. Using lean and other proven quality tools are the major responsibilities of the BPC. Utilizing effective interpersonal communication the BPC teaches lean improvement concepts, facilitates interdisciplinary improvement teams, and delivers enhanced productivity and value to the organization. Responsible to assist with the improving of throughput and eliminating bottlenecks while enhancing teamwork and problem solving.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of direct Lean manufacturing or business experience to include coaching and leadership experience in handling quality/process improvement projects/teams and communicating Lean Principles and Methodologies.

Memorial Health System is a non-profit, two-hospital health system. Memorial Hospital Central is a full-service 477-bed hospital. Our Central Campus houses a Level IIIB NICU and the busiest Level II Trauma Center in the state! We are currently expanding to include a 380,000 square ft. East Tower, which will house the new 100+ bed Memorial Hospital for Children. The East Tower also houses our 44,000 square ft. Emergency Department.
