Management Engineer - Trinity Mother Frances Health System

Trinity Mother Frances Health System is seeking a Management
Engineer to facilitate Lean process improvement initiatives within
our health system. We started utilizing the Lean methodology for
process improvement in early 2007, and we are currently increasing
the number of projects due to the level of success we have

Management engineers serve as in-house consultants performing
projects involving process improvement, staffing analysis,
scheduling, etc. They will work with limited supervision on a broad
range of process engineering projects in a variety of settings among
TMFHS's departments. This position provides technical leadership to
high visibility management projects of strategic importance. The
incumbent will lead process improvement efforts to insure
appropriate use of resources, utilizing a variety of tools and
techniques such as LEAN.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in business or a technical discipline (Industrial Engineering or related field); Masters degree preferred.
  • LEAN Certification or Six Sigma with LEAN preferred.
  • 2 or more years of management engineering experience; healthcare experience preferred.
