Management Engineer – Anne Arundel Health System, Maryland

Anne Arundel Health System in Annapolis Maryland is seeking a Management Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Management Engineering department. A BS in Industrial Engineering is required. The key function of the position is to provide analyses to improve operational and financial performance of the organization. The candidate should be able to conduct a wide range of process related projects involving comprehensive operational studies, workflow analysis, productivity and workload assessments, and other I.E. methodologies to evaluate and improve utilization of resources.

Interpersonal skills are key since the position will interface with all levels of the organization through focused departmental studies and hospital-wide teams. The applicant must be highly motivated, able to manage multiple projects and comfortable with autonomy and limited supervision..
