Industrial Engineer – Mission Hospital
Mission Hospital is seeking a dynamic industrial engineer to define, prioritize, and direct operations and process improvement initiatives. This newly created position will function as the internal management consultant to the COO and Executive Team.

- Deployment of process improvement methodologies and expertise to achieve breakthroughs in business process performance, consistent with Lean / Six Sigma
- Leadership of organizational labor management efforts
- Consultation and planning support for facility expansion
- Diligence to ensure leading edge process improvement techniques are employed throughout the organization.
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent is required.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and two years of healthcare industry experience preferred.
