Performance Excellence Analyst - St. Louis

Mid-America Transplant Services is expanding!

We’re looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Process orientated thinking is a must!

Proficiency in Crystal Reports or other writing software. Competence in working with SQL databases is a plus. One to two years experience utilizing quality tools including: process improvement, lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodology, FOCUS PDSA’s, Pareto charts, cause/effect diagrams, and value stream mapping is preferred.
