Senior Consultant, Business Analysis - MasterCard

MasterCard, located in O'Fallon, MO has the following full-time opportunity: SENIOR CONSULTANT, BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Responsible for internal consulting on continuous improvement; process design and reengineering; change management; performance metrics development; customer focus; customer satisfaction measurement; structured problem solving methodology; team facilitation; leadership development and benchmarking. Responsibilities also include designing and implementing internal service level agreements including; performance measurement development; automated data collection; reporting; data validation; root-cause analysis; action plan development and implementation.

Education:
College education with emphasis on business, management, information technology or total quality management or related experience.

Experience/Knowledge:
Extended knowledge of business operations. Subject matter expert (SME) knowledge level of Six Sigma methodology including analytical, process improvement and reengineering tools and techniques; experience applying tools and concepts of Lean strongly preferred; SME experience leading and facilitating teams.

Supervision:
General direction; participates in determining assignment objectives. Coaches, trains, and develops other employees. Leads projects and project teams. Participates in setting departmental objectives and future direction.
