Director of Quality Initiatives
Long term care center in
- A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Mgmt of Health Care or related field,
- An RN license in MO, or eligible for MO licensure,
- Two years of experience in quality improvement or management,
- Ability to be an effective group leader and facilitator
- Ability to collect and analyze data and make data based recommendations
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills in various programs, such as Microsoft Office Applications, Internet and e-mail.
