Senior Project Manager, Finance Strategic Initiatives (9717)
Master’s degree required
Demonstrated financial/business analysis experience
5-7 years demonstrated project management and cross-functional experience
Experience working cross-functionally to coordinate plans and execute against tight timelines and budgets
Negotiation with and management of external vendors
Business case development with the ability to perform NPV, ROIC and income statement analysis
Excellent communication and reporting skills, including executive level presentations
Demonstrated ability to manage others - both internal and external to Finance group.
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and data base maintenance tools ¿ data querying
Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry including Medicare and Medicaid compliance preferred
Understanding of innovative project management methods
1-2 years experience with Six Sigma or related lean methodology process
Willingness and ability to travel
