It is June 15. You are leaving your Doctor’s office. He/She just told you that under no uncertain terms you were going to live to be 100 years old. He/she didn’t tell you what your life would be like, just that you would live to be 100. What might you do differently or change in the way you are living now. Think about what the implications are when it comes to your career. How might you change the way you are leading to guarantee less stress, better attitude/health and a productive team.
Donna Forgy is an experienced professional with over 28 years of experience in management, leadership training, and presentation development. She develops programs for organizations throughout the U.S. helping them to develop their most valued resource…their people. She is a professional speaker, trainer and coach. Her company, ProSkills, Inc., is based in St. Louis. She is a certified trainer for Dale Carnegie as well as a personal fitness trainer. She recently spoke to the U.S. Senate on this very topic… “Living to be 100.”
